All sales made at Lima Baby World are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

However, if a product is found to be faulty or damaged due to an error from our side, we will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

To be eligible for this exception:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You may be required to provide clear pictures or videos showing the fault.
